Q: Do you offer delivery services?

Yes, at Altec NUECO we have a transportation specialist who is dedicated to helping you get your truck home, whether it be across the country or around the world. We offer many flexible options including: drive away services, low-boy hauling or wrecker towing to the location of your choice. Other options include flying to our location, bringing your own driver or driving the truck yourself.

Q: How can I find out the location of a truck that is posted on your website?

Altec NUECO has equipment located at over 30 locations across the U.S.. For your convenience, we have listed the city where the equipment is located on our search results page beneath the photo of the equipment and on the Vehicle Details page. Additionally, you can contact our sales staff for more information.

Q: How many trucks are normally on your lots?

There are usually around 200 to 300 vehicles on our lot at a time.

Q: Where are you located?

Altec NUECO’s main office is located at 1730 Vanderbilt Road, Birmingham, AL 35234. We also have equipment, Account Managers, sales lots and service centers located throughout the Western, Midwest, Southern, Southeastern and Northeastern United States.

Q: Do you offer financing?

Yes, Altec NUECO offers many financing options. We have in-house financing provided by Altec Capital and work with several other lending institutions to best meet your needs.

Q: Do you lease equipment?

Absolutely, we offer customers the ability to lease equipment, including lease purchase agreements, TRAC leases and other leasing options.

Q: Do you take trade-ins?

We do not normally take trade-ins on used equipment purchases. However, Altec NUECO will take into consideration the type, age and condition of your trade–in and make a recommendation. We use our vast network of salesmen, dealers and customers to help find a buyer for your truck if we cannot accept it as a trade.
